COVID-19 GUIDELINES – PLEASE READ:
1: Please kindly cancel your appointment if you have ANY of the following:
– Fever (temperature of 38°C/100°F or greater) OR
– Cough OR
– Shortness of breath OR
– Lost of taste or smell
If you have any of these symptoms, please stay home until you are free of these symptoms for at least 24 hours (without use of symptom suppressing medication)
2: Please do not visit the salon if anyone in your household has any of the above symptoms
3: Wearing a face covering is required while on the premises.
4: Please sanitise your hands when entering. If you prefer, you may wash your hands with soap and water
5: Keep a minimum of 1m apart as much as possible
6: We are still welcoming walk-ins. However please note that availability may be limited at the time of your visit.
7: It is with regret we are only able to allow those who require treatments onto the premises. Friends and family must wait outside. We recommend that children do not visit the salon where possible. But if a child must accompany you to the salon, then we politely ask that they are supervised to ensure any contact remains minimal
8: Please expect that during busy times, we may have to ask you to wait outside
9: Please be prompt for your appointment. We are strictly limited to times allocated in appointment slots, therefore some additional services such as nail arts are limited or may not be available at this time
10: You may be temperature checked before entering the premises
HOW TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS: (WATCH VIDEO)
1: Select a date below and allow available time slots to load
2: Enter your full name, e-mail address and phone number
3: Select your treatment(s)
4: Click “Request Appointment”
5: Each appointment is time allocated to one person. For example, if you need to book in 2 people then please make 2 appointments.
Life is full of the unexpected, so we understand that on occasions it may not be possible to attend your appointment. In these circumstances, we ask that you kindly cancel your appointment with us at least 24 hours before your appointment start time so that it can be offered to someone else who maybe waiting. If 3 or more appointments are missed, then unfortunately we are no longer able to approve future online appointments and appointments must be made in person and a deposit paid. Thank you for your kind understanding.
NEED A TAKE OFF AND NEW SET?:
Please note that we currently cannot accept take off appointments for the first booking of the day. For any other appointment slots, if you require a Take Off and New Set, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking slot to allow time for the soaking phase.
BOOKED IN FOR EYELASH PERM, TINTING OR EXTENSIONS?:
Please note that if this is your first time having eyelash tint or perm with us, then you will require a patch test first at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Patch test only take a few minutes and does not require appointment.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND REMINDER EMAILS: If you have not received an email from us after you book appointments, then please check your spam folders and mark us as a trusted sender to receive future emails.
DEPOSIT REFUNDS: Some of our treatments such as massages or facials will require a deposit to be paid when booking. Deposits can be refunded if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment start time. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less then 24 hours before appointment start time then the deposit is non-refundable.
