We understand that life is full of the unexpected, so we appreciate that at times cancelling appointments becomes necessary. In these circumstances, we ask that you kindly cancel your appointment with us at least 12 hours before your appointment start time so that it can be offered to someone else who maybe waiting. If 3 or more appointments are missed, then unfortunately we are no longer able to approve future online appointments and appointments must be made in person and a deposit paid. 5: Each appointment is time allocated to one person. For example, if you need to book in 2 people then please make 2 appointments.
