2: Enter your full name, e-mail address and phone number
3: Select your treatment(s)
4: Click “Request Appointment”
5: Each appointment is time allocated to one person. For example, if you need to book in 2 people then please make 2 appointments.
CANCELLATIONS:
Life is full of surprises, and we understand that plans can change. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you miss or cancel three or more appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice, a non refundable deposit will be required to secure future appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
NEED A TAKE OFF AND NEW SET?:
Please be aware that we cannot accommodate take-off appointments for the first booking of the day. For all other appointment slots, if you require a take-off and new set, kindly arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow for the soaking phase.
BOOKED IN FOR EYELASH PERM, TINTING OR EXTENSIONS?:
If it’s your first time getting an eyelash tint, perm, or extension with us, a quick and easy patch test is necessary at least 24 hours before your appointment. No appointment is needed for the patch test, and it only takes a few minutes.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND REMINDER EMAILS: If you don’t receive our appointment confirmation email, please check your spam folder and mark us as a trusted sender for future emails.
DEPOSITS: For certain treatments, such as massages, facials, and eyelash extensions, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. See our salon policy for details.
